2010 First ex-schoolmates reunion.

Facebook has proven to be a powerful social networking website to reconnect our long lost friends.

During 2010 Chinese New Year festival season, my ex-classmate returning from Australia suggested we organise an ex-schoolmates reunion. After posting the event to facebook, we received overhelming response and many of them get reconnected after 30years. The turnout to the event exceeded our expectations.

We successfully held the first reunion dinner for Marudi Government Secondary School on 21Aug2010 with 50 participants and Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang, Miri on 22Aug2010 with 31 participants.

On 22Aug2010 afternoon, we included a charity visit to Methodist Children's Home and Kolej school compound for Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang Miri participants.

The overwhelming response come as an incentive for us to organise more such event in the future.

Social Visit to the Miri Old Folk Home on 19.12.09

This event was organised by SUPP Miri ( Piasau ) branch Women Section. The purpose of the visit was to treat the senior citizen old folks to a get-together lunch in conjunction with Winter Festival and Xmas. The Aim of showing our cares and sharing our happiness with all the old folks friends.
